Alyssa believes that life is a creative process where we take what we are given and make something new and meaningful. During her time in this field, and volunteering internationally, she has had the privilege of witnessing the resilience of humans overcoming the unimaginable.
This practice was inspired by the belief that we are more powerful than the things that happen to us, and that we can create a life that is founded on our ability to overcome. We have the capacity to create a life that is self made and tailored to our joy.
